If a member desires to cancel their membership they should contact the SPN membership department at (414) 908-4950 ext. 116 or email m.mcmanus@pedsnurses.org. Upon receipt of the request for cancellation, the following policy is in effect.

If cancelled within 30 days of the join date, the dues amount will be refunded less $5.00 for processing. If cancelled after 60 days of the join date, the annual dues shall not be refunded.
