All registrations for the 2012 Annual Convention are processed online. Please follow the instructions below based on your form of payment.

Group Discount:
Tuition discounts are applied when five or more registrations are received at the same time. If at least five register together, a group discount of $25.00 per person applies. If ten register together, one free convention registration is allowed. Each attendee should follow the instructions below for CHECK payment to generate a printable invoice. All registrations and payments must be received at the SPN National Office together to receive the discounted rate. NO exceptions will be made.

Roommate Locator:
SPN offers Roommate Locater Service as a way to reduce your hotel expenses. Contact Nancy Short (N.Short@PedsNurses.org) at SPN National Office indicating your interest in finding a roommate. Your name, telephone number, email address, arrival and departure dates, and smoking preference will be provided to others who have requested this service. You will receive a list of potential roommates in advance of the meeting to contact and confirm your own arrangements. Once you find a roommate, please contact the SPN National Office to have your information removed from the list.

Credit Card:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express as payment for registration. Click the “Register” button below and follow the on-screen instructions to register by credit card.

Check:
Click the “Register” button below and follow the on-screen instructions to register and choose the “pay by check” option. You will be given an on-screen invoice that you can use to remit with your registration payment.

Purchase Order:
We do not accept purchase orders as payment for registration.
