E-Blast Opportunities
Send an email announcement to our members. Your message will be delivered right to SPN members' desktops.
Pre-payment is required for the E-Blast service, and the flat rate fee is $1,500.  E-blast purchases are non-refundable.

 To Send an E-blast:

  1. Email the preferred subject, all content and any graphics you would like included in your E-blast to info@pedsnurses.org for approval.
  2. A member of the SPN staff will email you an invoice to pay for the E-Blast, and notify you of the next available send date.**
  3. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive confirmation of the send date and a test email for your review.

 All E-Blast requests must be submitted to SPN at least one week before your desired send date.  Extra fees will apply to rush requests.

    Sending an e-blast for a job? Receive a 50% discount when you send proof of your active job posting on the SPN Career Center.  

    Guidelines & Formatting

    If you would like to send an e-blast with specific formatting, please consider sending over the content as an HTML file with all images already hosted through your own website. Please note: The SPN E-Blast service is not able to send attachments. We will make every attempt to include your desired formatting, within the limits of our system   

    If you plan to send a text e-blast and would like to include images, all images should be JPG or PNG format. Images should be no wider than 600 pixels.    

    Indicate who the e-mail should be targeted to, otherwise it will be sent to the entire membership. (chapters, geographic areas, etc.)

    E-Blasts will only be scheduled when payment has been received. No dates are guaranteed before this point.
