
1. How do I become a member of the Society of Pediatric Nurses?
Go to the Left Navigation area and click on “Join SPN” to take you to the SPN Membership page for an explanation of the dues for the different member types. You may continue to register directly on this page by clicking “Next” at the bottom of each page.
In the registering process you will be asked for a Primary email, this will become your UserID for logging into the SPN Members Only area. A password will be emailed to you.
2. I forgot my Username and password?
You can click “Forgot Username and Password.” You will be prompted to enter your email address (UserID) to get your password. Your UserID is the email address in your member profile. If you need assistance with your UserID, contact:

3. What is my member status?
You can login and go to “Member Profile Update” to find your member type, your term start date, and your term end date.
4. How do I cancel or change my membership?

5. I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice) for my membership, how can I get one?
You should receive a membership dues notice (e-invoice) 60 days before your membership expires, as long as we have a valid email address in the SPN database. After that you will receive a hard copy invoice in the mail.
If you have not received a membership dues confirmation notice, this could mean your email address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database.

6. I paid my membership dues and have not received a membership dues confirmation notice. How do I get one so I can submit it to my employer?
If you renewed or joined on-line, you will receive an email with your membership dues confirmation (receipt) attached, within 10-15 business days of the transaction. If you renewed or joined via a paper form, you will receive an email with your membership dues confirmation (receipt) attached, within 10-15 business days of receipt of your form.
7. How can I change my mailing address, billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?
You can login and go to “Member Profile Update” to change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the database within approx. 3.5hrs.
8. How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to the SPN Listserv?
You can login and go to “Member Profile Update” to subscribe or unsubscribe to the Listserv.
