Session Description: Can personality testing improve plan of care compliance in adolescents with chronic conditions? Explore one hospital’s journey in discovering how education can be individualized for patients and their families based on their personality types.
Primary Presenter Bio: Sarah has been a pediatric nurse, with her MSN, for 10 years, with 5 of these years in education. For education, Sarah was a Pediatric Unit Educator for two years and is currently a Clinical Nurse Scholar. As a Clinical Nurse Scholar, Sarah has experience in developing courses/presentations, along with presenting a variety of learning activities such as lectures, case studies, and simulations.

Presenter 2 Bio: Hayley has been a nurse for six years and obtained her Masters in Nursing Education in 2015. She has since been working as a Clinical Education Scholar for the past year in the professional development department. As a Clinical Education Scholar, Hayley has had the opportunity to become a Certified Real Colors facilitator and teaches many of these classes throughout the year.
Presenter 3 Bio: CJ has her MSN in nursing education and works as a Clinical Education Scholar, serving as a liaison between the clinical educators within the Children’s Hospital and the Learning Academy of Saint Francis Medical Center. CJ instructs classroom education courses, as well as simulation and has been certified in debriefing of simulations utilizing the GAP method. She as also one of the leads for Real Colors and instructs multiple classes a year.
