When disparities in hair care hygiene are identified in healthcare settings, there are limited resources available to guide organizations and institutions in examining their current practices and identifying opportunities to provide more equitable care. This webinar will share best practices from organizations who have successfully implemented hair care equity programs and will provide necessary resources for health care organizations and institutions to initiate this work in their facilities.

Learn how a hospital created the Behavioral Response Team, the roles within the department, crisis management and the new model of proactive care provided in non-psychiatric settings.
