Join the Self-Care Corner to participate in learning about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), this is a therapeutic technique that involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body to alleviate distress. The technique involves repeating specific phrases while tapping on specific points, which is believed to help the body release negative energy and promote healing. EFT can be used to address a wide range of emotional and physical issues, including anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, addiction, and phobias. It is considered a safe and non-invasive therapy that can be easily learned and practiced by anyone. We will be actively engaging in this method during this session.
