August Self-Care Corner: Breathing Techniques

In most cases, these exercises only require four to five repetitions, so you can do them while sitting or standing. With breathing exercises, you can improve your body's oxygenation and make your breathing more efficient. Regular practice of these breathing exercises can help you reduce stress, increase concentration, and promote relaxation.
