Housing Rate Cutoff

The SPN 35th Annual Conference housing cutoff has officially passed. You may call the hotel directly to book, modify, or cancel your room reservations. Rooms will be at the best available rate. The number to call is 714-520-5005. There are a limited amount of rooms that are still available at SPN's discounted rate on a first come first served basis. When booking, please make sure the hotel is aware of any special needs. They will assign specific room types and any other requests based on availability.

Deposits & Payments

Please have your credit card information on hand upon booking your reservation as the hotels will require your reservation to be guaranteed with a 1-night deposit. If you or your company need to pre-pay for your room in full, please call the hotel prior to your arrival to arrange those details.

Changes/Cancellations/Refunds

The hotels require that you cancel your reservation 3 days prior to arrival. Your deposit will be forfeited for any cancellations made less than 3 days from arrival. 

Confirmations

The hotels will send you a confirmation to the email used in booking your reservation using the customized online reservation link provided by SPN. Review it carefully for accuracy and keep a copy for your records.

Important Additional Information

Please be aware of companies that call and email you to assist with hotel reservations. They are claiming they can get better rates, that rooms are limited, or are using other sales pitch methods. They are NOT affiliated with SPN in any way nor are they a partner with SPN. If you receive a call or email from a company trying to make your housing reservation, please be aware that this is not sanctioned and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION. Specially Priced Theme Park Tickets

SPN attendees can receive discounted theme park tickets through the Disneyland Hotel. The ticket store will open on Thursday, November 7, 2024 and close at 9:00 AM PST on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Park reservations are limited and subject to availability, and availability can change daily. Discounted tickets are valid from Friday, April 25, 2025 through Tuesday, May 6, 2025.

ARRIVING IN Anaheim

Attendees can fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA), Long Beach Airport (LGB), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), or Ontario International Airport (ONT).  

John Wayne Airport (SNA) 

SNA is approximately 14 miles from the Disneyland Hotel. Rideshare services are authorized to provide pick-up services at SNA at the designated areas at the airport. Taxis can also be found at the Ground Transportation Center, located on the lower level (Arrivals) between Terminals A and B and in Terminal C. Please click here for more information.  

Long Beach Airport (LGB) 

LGB is approximately 18 miles from the Disneyland Hotel. Rideshare services are authorized to provide pick-up services in the front of the terminals. Taxis can also be found outside the terminal next to Parking Structure A. Please click here for more information. 

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) 

LAX is approximately 35 miles from the Disneyland Hotel. Uber, Lyft, and Opoli are the rideshare services that are authorized to provide pick-up services at LAX.  Rideshare services can be picked-up at the LAX-it lot next to Terminal 1. Taxis can also be picked up at 3 different locations at LAX: next to Terminal 1, inside Parking Structure 3, and at the far end of Terminal 7. Please click here for more information.  

Ontario International Airport (ONT) 

ONT is approximately 35 miles from the Disneyland Hotel. Rideshare services are authorized to provide pick-up services outside of each terminal. Taxis can also be found in front of each terminal on the outer island.  Please click here for more information.
