**In order to qualify for Student Non-Member pricing, you must be a student working towards prelicensure and be able to produce documentation supporting student status upon request. SPN Terms and ConditionsBy registering for the SPN 35th Annual Conference, you have agreed to adhere to the SPN Terms and Conditions. Please take a moment to review it before you attend the conference. Guest RegistrationGuest registration is for non-clinical guests accompanying attendees. Guest registration allows access to the Wednesday Opening Session and Welcome Reception. Guests are not eligible to earn contact hours. Download the SPN 2025 justification letter template to show your institution all the value the conference will bring! Cancellation PolicySPN will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $150, for any cancellations received in writing on or before Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Cancellations should be directed to [email protected]. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from SPN on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed within 5 days of the date the cancellation request is received to the original form of payment. After Wednesday March 19, 2025, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled whatsoever. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at [email protected]. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.No substitutions can be made after the event has begun. If for any reason beyond SPN’s control, SPN determines that the in-person event must be cancelled, then your registration will automatically be applied to the virtual conference. Should there be a difference in pricing between the in-person and the virtual conference, the difference will automatically be refunded to the participant. Per SPN’s general refund policy, no refund is available if you cancel after Wednesday, March 19, 2025 including in the event of a change from the in-person event to virtual. Name ChangesOnly SPN members can submit name changes. A member cannot transfer their registration to a non-member. Name changes are only permitted when received in writing. All name changes during pre-registration should be sent to [email protected] before March 19, 2025. |
